Terms and Privacy

Last updated: 30 May 2026

This is a plain-English starting draft covering the core points. It is not legal advice. Items in amber are placeholders to confirm before launch.

Terms of Use and Disclaimer

These terms govern your use of goliveplan.com (the "Service"), a free tool provided by MEDDICC LTD ("MEDDICC", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number to confirm], registered address [registered address to confirm]).

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service lets you create, share, edit, and export a "Go Live Plan", a planning document. It is provided free of charge as a tool to support your own sales and project planning. It is not a substitute for your own systems of record.

2. You enter data at your own risk

You are solely responsible for any information you, your colleagues, or your invited customers enter into the Service, including company names, contact details, commercial terms, pricing, dates, and any documents or links you add. You must not enter information you are not authorised to share, and you must not enter special category personal data or anything subject to a confidentiality obligation you cannot meet through this Service.

You use the Service and store data in it at your own risk. We recommend you keep your own copies of anything important and do not rely on the Service as a sole store of any business-critical information.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or that any data will be preserved, backed up, or recoverable.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEDDICC LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any data entered into it, including without limitation any loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, however caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to [100 GBP, to confirm], reflecting that the Service is provided free of charge.

5. Sharing and access

You can password-protect a plan and share a link with others. You are responsible for who you share links and passwords with and for the information visible to anyone you grant access to. Anyone you invite who enters data into a shared plan does so subject to these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or remove access and content that breaches these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Go Live Plan framework, the Service, its design, and its content are owned by MEDDICC LTD. The data you enter remains yours. By entering data you grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the Service for you.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or withdraw the Service or these terms at any time. We may delete plans and data, for example after a period of inactivity. Continued use after a change to these terms means you accept the change.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

What we collect

Viewer data: the email address entered by anyone who unlocks a shared plan.
Technical data: standard log and device data needed to run and secure the Service.

Why we process it and our lawful basis

To provide the Service to you (performance of a contract or steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in operating the tool). To send you sign-in links and Service messages (performance of a contract). Storage and retention

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We keep account and plan data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards ([retention window to confirm]), then delete it. We may remove inactive plans.

International transfers

Our processors may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent are in place.

Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise them, contact support@meddicc.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
